Wonderful, a Netherlands-based enterprise AI company, has closed a $550m Series C funding round at a $5bn valuation, led by Insight Partners and with participation from Salesforce.
Existing backers Index Ventures, IVP, Vine Ventures, 9Yards and Bessemer Venture Partners also took part in the round.

Wonderful said the round would accelerate product development and expand its global deployment teams, as well as supporting growing enterprise demand for its AI operating system (AI OS).
The raise follows a $150m Series B in March 2026, also led by Insight Partners. Since that round, the company said it had extended its operations into more than 35 markets, reached 650 employees worldwide and developed its technology into a full operating system.
According to the company, customers are using the platform to automate end-to-end workflows, build and deploy AI-native applications, and coordinate agents across their organisations.
The AI OS acts as a shared layer covering agents, workflows, AI-native applications, enterprise context, integrations and governed execution. Wonderful describes it as open and model-agnostic, and compatible with existing technology stacks, allowing customers to adopt new models and capabilities without continually rebuilding their stack or committing to a single provider.
Its product suite spans managed workflows for complex end-to-end processes, productivity agents for employees, AI-native applications intended to complement or replace legacy software, and conversational agents. The products can be used separately or combined in the same workflow, with shared governance, security and orchestration.
Deployment is available across any cloud environment, including on-premise. Forward-deployed engineering pods work with customer teams in each market to take a first use case into production before transferring capability, so that enterprises can increasingly build, expand and operate the platform themselves.
Wonderful CEO and co-founder Bar Winkler said: “Just as cloud platforms became the foundation of the modern enterprise, AI operating systems will become the foundation of every enterprise.
“Without a shared operating system, AI risks recreating the sprawl of traditional SaaS. Organisations need a shared AI foundation that compounds in value as more of the enterprise relies on it, and that’s exactly what we’re building. This funding allows us to help more enterprises make that transition.”
Founded in 2025, Wonderful raised a $100m Series A in November 2025 led by Index Ventures, with Insight Partners, IVP, Bessemer Venture Partners and Vine Ventures participating.
In January 2026, the company launched Agent Builder, an autonomous AI agent that builds, tests and refines other AI agents. Wonderful said the tool reduces build times and accelerates deployment into production in complex enterprise environments.
Insight Partners co-founder and managing director Jeff Horing said: “Many companies are applying AI to individual departments or use cases. Wonderful is building the operating layer that allows enterprises to scale AI across the entire organisation.”
