Top 10 Chipset Companies: Share of Voice

Our recent ‘Top 10 chipset companies on Twitter: Share of voice report’ analysed the leading chipset companies based on the volume of Twitter conversations, tracked by GlobalData’s Social Media Analytics Platform over the period 1 August 2021 – 31 January 2022. Among the top 10 list of chipset companies, Qualcomm has emerged as the most mentioned chipset company among Influencer conversations, with 31% share of conversations. The company also saw 68% growth in conversations during the period analysed, led by the introduction of its flagship mobile platform: Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 in November 2021. Intel was the next most mentioned chipset company in the top 10 list with 20% share of conversations, followed by Nividia, AMD, Samsung, TSMC, Mediatek, Infineon, Micron and Broadcom.
