The industry’s overall hiring decreased by 1.79% in July 2021 compared with June 2021.

Top five technology companies in China IT recruitment activity in July 2021
The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average growth of 0.99% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of China technology industry during July 2021 over June 2021.
AAC Technologies Holdings posted 167 IT jobs in July 2021 and registered a drop of 22.33% over the previous month, followed by Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson with 156 jobs and a 4.88% drop. Microsoft with 104 IT jobs and International Business Machines with 97 jobs, recorded a 9.57% drop and a 506.25% increase, respectively, while Dell Technologies recorded an 8.51% decline with 86 job postings during July 2021.
Junior Level job postings dominate in July 2021
Junior Level jobs held a share of 70.43%, down by 9.77% from June 2021. Mid Level positions with a 16.96% share, a growth of 2.42% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with 12.49% share, up 2.83% over June 2021, while Senior postings accounted for 0.11%, recording a month-on-month increase of 100%.
