HCLTech has launched HCLTech Pulse, a business unit targeting enterprises with annual revenues of between $500m and $5bn that are pursuing AI adoption and technology modernisation.
The unit will offer services spanning AI strategy and implementation, data and AI platforms, cloud transformation, application and enterprise-platform modernisation, cybersecurity, engineering, and managed services. HCLTech said the business will also cover business-process transformation.

HCLTech Pulse is intended for organisations that use multiple specialist suppliers for technology strategy, platforms, implementation and operations.
It will bring AI strategy, data, cybersecurity, technology platforms, engineering and business-process work under an integrated transformation programme.
The unit’s AI work will include safety, responsible AI and governance. HCLTech said its services are designed to help clients build the capabilities required to adopt AI with governance and address technology transformation priorities.

The launch extends HCLTech’s existing portfolio through a delivery model aimed at this revenue segment. The company identified cloud services, data and AI platforms, cybersecurity, application modernisation, and managed services as areas to be covered by HCLTech Pulse.
Earlier this week, HCLTech and CrowdStrike expanded their strategic partnership to advance AI security and resilience by integrating CrowdStrike Falcon Guardian with HCLTech’s AI Security and Resilience services.
Under the partnership, Falcon Guardian will be combined with HCLTech’s cybersecurity advisory, AI governance, implementation and managed services.
The services are delivered via HCLTech’s Cybersecurity Fusion Centers and are intended to cover AI applications, models, agents, identities and data, while improving visibility of emerging risks.
