The project is structured around a self-funded model, with cost savings from efficiency improvements being reinvested into further digital initiatives.
Wipro will deploy its WEGA and WINGS AI platforms from its Wipro Intelligence suite to support enhancements in service reliability, IT operations, and incident management at Odido.

As part of the engagement, Wipro will implement a conversational AI chat system designed to provide multilingual and context-based self-service capabilities for Odido users.
The company will also apply its experience-led studio model, coordinated by its Designit unit, to integrate design, development, and engineering teams.
This approach aims to address user and business needs early in the process and support the accelerated delivery of digital solutions.
Wipro Western Europe managing director Graziella Neuvéglise said: “Odido’s trust in Wipro reflects our ability to deliver strategic value through intelligent operations, agile development, and a future-ready IT strategy.
“This transformation is consulting-led, with our teams shaping the roadmap, optimizing processes, and aligning technology with business goals.”
Wipro said its innovation network brings together partners from labs, start-ups, academia, and technology sectors to address complex business challenges.
In August 2025, Wipro announced an agreement to acquire the Digital Transformation Solutions (DTS) business unit from Harman, a Samsung subsidiary.
After the closing of the acquisition, the DTS unit will be integrated into Wipro’s Engineering Global Business Line.
