Oracle has announced a commitment of $1bn to support its partner ecosystem over the next four years, aiming to help partners meet increasing customer demand for AI solutions and services.
The company stated that the multi-year initiative will be directed towards expanding opportunities for partners to develop new offerings, gain specialised skills, and provide technology and services to assist businesses seeking transformation and improved results.

The investment will be distributed across several areas, including enhanced benefits and incentives within the Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN).
Planned elements of the programme cover investments in partner training and certification, technical support, and access to development and testing environments.
Additional funding will support cloud migration, joint go-to-market activities, and commercialisation efforts through Oracle Marketplace.
Oracle’s partner ecosystem includes a range of organisations such as systems integrators, cloud and managed service providers, independent software vendors, value-added distributors, resellers, and advisory companies.
These partners contribute to Oracle’s portfolio of Fusion Applications, database offerings, Cloud Infrastructure, industry applications, and associated AI services.
Their roles range from developing complementary software to offering advisory, implementation, and management services for customers.
Oracle global field operations president Mark Hura said: “Our partners extend our sales reach, expand our delivery capacity, and bring their own innovation and investment to help customers address evolving business needs.
“Through the Oracle PartnerNetwork, we’re strengthening our ability to reach more customers, deliver solutions at scale, and accelerate innovation and business outcomes.”
Oracle described the OPN as offering partners flexibility in accessing benefits, incentives, and resources that align with their business strategies and growth objectives.
The company reported that OPN investments will focus on supporting the development of differentiated solutions, implementation resources, sales collaboration, and long-term customer success.
Tools such as the Oracle AI Success Navigator will be made available to help partners continue supporting customers after initial deployment and to encourage adoption of new capabilities.
Oracle partner, sales, and operations strategy senior vice president Leah Yomtovian said: “Our partners have different business models, capabilities, and growth ambitions, and our investment is designed to support that diversity.
“By giving partners greater choice and flexibility in how they build, sell, and deliver with Oracle, we’re helping them grow their businesses while bringing more innovation, specialised expertise, and value to our customers.”
Oracle’s initiative also includes resources and guidance designed to assist partners in application implementation, database modernisation, integration, and cloud services.
Last month, Oracle launched Fusion Claw, a governed agentic execution runtime created for use with Oracle Fusion Agentic Applications.
