The company stated that its Singularity Hyperautomation system now integrates with AWS Security Incident Response, providing organisations with automated, no-code workflows and playbooks for responding to security incidents within AWS.

This enables users to orchestrate actions such as isolating affected resources, issuing notifications, creating cases, and triggering containment measures directly from the SentinelOne platform.

The integration is designed to reduce manual intervention and streamline incident management.

AWS global services security vice president Hart Rossman said: “AWS and SentinelOne share a commitment to securing the future of AI innovation.

“SentinelOne’s decision to expand their security solutions on AWS demonstrates our shared vision for helping customers confidently adopt AI technologies with robust protection.”

SentinelOne’s Purple AI now incorporates support for AWS CloudTrail, allowing security teams to use natural language queries for threat investigation and detection.

This functionality removes the previous reliance on custom query syntax and is intended to accelerate security investigations and simplify audit processes.

Additionally, SentinelOne’s Prompt Security offerings are now available via AWS Marketplace.

These tools provide real-time visibility, enforce policies, and introduce data protection measures to mitigate risks linked to generative AI usage, including unauthorised AI activities, prompt injection threats, and potential data exposure.

The company has also achieved the AWS Generative AI Competency, which recognises its technical proficiency and experience in securing generative AI applications on the AWS platform.

This status grants customers access to SentinelOne’s expertise in deploying AI security technologies within their cloud environments.

All new integrations and solutions can be accessed through the SentinelOne Singularity Platform on AWS Marketplace.

SentinelOne chief product officer Ely Kahn said: “Our continued collaboration with AWS ensures that organisations can harness the full potential of AI and the cloud without compromising trust or control.

“Together, we’re delivering the AI security foundation for the next generation of enterprise computing.”

Recently, AWS and OpenAI signed a multi-year, $38bn deal in which the former will provide the core infrastructure for the latter’s AI workloads.

Over seven years, OpenAI will gain access to AWS’s compute resources, including hundreds of thousands of Nvidia GPUs and scalable CPU capacity.
