US headquartered fintech platform Intuit, owner of marketing and email service Mailchimp, has announced a new AI revenue intelligence tool aimed at marketers.

The tool will use generative AI to provide marketers with predictive insights into optimal times to target potential customers and generate targeted marketing content.

Intuit stated that personalised generated content is more likely to drive customer interactions and revenue.

“Predicting what will spur different customers to explore, to spend, and stay loyal remains one of the most complicated challenges for marketers—and simultaneously one of their biggest growth opportunities,” said Mailchimp’s SVP and general manager Rania Succar.

“By building on our AI-driven innovations within Intuit’s data-rich platform, our customers can make smarter, more integrated business decisions that simultaneously grow their customer base and put more money in their pockets,” Succar added.

A 2024 tech sentiment survey conducted by research and analysis company GlobalData found that over 20% of businesses stated that they already had a high adoption rate of AI into their daily workflows.
